TThe default license period is
365 days. But you can buy longer subscriptions (up to 5 years). In order to use the software
after the license period, you must renew your
license. A renewal notice email will be sent to your registered email address before your
license expires.
We give discount on the total
amount for bulk orders. 20% discount for 4 to 9 items and 25% for 10 and more items.
Please send a query through an email for bulk orders to receive a custom invoice.
We give 25% to 40% discount on the
list price for new licenses or renewals if the license period will be 2 years or longer. You
will see the total price during the checkout.
We give 20% discount on the list
price for renewals which are processed within 60days after the license expiry.
We will apply all applicable
discounts if your order qualifies with more than 1 discount. This is including bulk order
renewals and bulk orders with 2 or more years of license duration.

We will respond to technical
support inquiries in a timely, professional and conscientious manner.
Our tech support team is
available Monday to Friday and strives to respond to all incoming
support traffic within one to two business days. Please remember that for an effective
response, we often require the project file and sketches.

and concise answers.
We will offer you samples or
sketches whenever possible.
We will share our engineering
experience and technical knowledge whenever appropriate.
Though we’d love to help everyone
and answer every single question submitted to us, our services are limited and always
restricted to active subscribers of CalculationX products.
We do not offer phone or live chat
support services. Should you encounter an issue while
using CalculationX products, please submit a support ticket via the CalculationX Support
mail address.
We do not offer support services
to those with expired products/subscriptions. If you wish
to receive support services from CalculationX, please renew your software license. For more

We reserve the right ignore mails
to CalculationX support services whenever support
services are misused. Should you have questions on support limits and what constitutes

We cannot create entire project
or develop custom solutions/reports on your behalf.
We cannot review entire projects.
If you encounter an issue with a CalculationX
product, you must submit a reproducible sample project or include step-by-step instructions.
Without specificity, we will be unable to diagnose the issue and/or offer a timely response.
We cannot teach basic engineering
skills and describe standard calculation practices.
We cannot respond to support
queries that use abusive language.
Software Updates
Free updates are included within
the time of license validity. This does not mean that there will be an update during your
license period. Updates are provided to all license holders subject to availability. Updates
may affect the performance of the computer on which the software is installed.
An internet connection is
required
on your computer in order to activate a license. An internet connection is required
to start the trial version every time. See installations for
details.
